A Proclamation of Company Management
More companies active in the Slovak Republic have in their name the word "CHIRANA". However exclusive owner of the CHIRANA Trade Marks is the M.O.C. - proprietary company which owns operational assets of CHIRANA Medical, a.s. and CHIRANA, s.r.o. and being the only shareholder of these companies. Part of this assets are the Trade Marks which are registred and certified in the competent authorities. The CHIRANA Trade Marks are engaged with medical production which is manufactured in Stara Tura. The Trade Marks are registered in the Trade Mark National Register of Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic, Banska Bystrica and in the International Register of WIPO, Geneve in accordance with the Madrid System for International Registration of Marks. There is documentary evidence that the M.O.C. - proprietary company is owner of the CHIRANA Trade Marks.
